“ATLAS” Cast Steel Lifting Bails

Santo PSR Protectors Holdings (USA) Inc offers our own lifting bails manufactured in our purpose built factory (Santo PSR Protectors Pvt Ltd) currently in sizes 3 ½” IF, 4” IF, 4 ½” IF, 3 1/2“ REG, 4 1/2″ REG, 6 5/8” REG, 7 5/8” REG and 8 5/8″ REG and are constantly working to expand the range of sizes available.

Santo PSR Protectors Pvt Ltd cast steel lifting bails are manufactured from high quality castings in ASTM A27 Grade 60-30 with high tensile and yield strengths (Tensile 60000 psi, Yield 30000 psi). All threads and shoulders are precision CNC machined, inspected and tested for dimensional accuracy and thread fitment.

All our lifting bails are subject to chemical & mechanical testing including Load Test, MPI and radiography as per the relevant standards.

All test are carried out by independent third party inspection companies certified to ISO 9001:2000 and accredited to NABL.
Used for the safe handling and lifting of drill pipe, drill collars, stabilizers, subs, drill bits and other OCTG related products, all cast steel lifting bails manufactured by Santo PSR Protectors Pvt Ltd are supplied with test and inspection certificates giving full tracability via unique ID numbers stamped on the bails.

Blank, non-threaded, lifting bail castings are available for special thread and size requirements.

We can also offer a comprehensive range of cast steel or machined lifting bails from other manufacturers (test criteria and material grades may vary) in sizes 2 3/8” up to 8 5/8” (pin and box) for most required API thread types – IF, REG, FH, NC.

Other sizes and premium thread types can be developed on demand.
