Made from high-grade 100% virgin HDPE and top-quality steel sheet, Santo PSR’s Composite CTP thread protectors are ideal for preventing physical or chemical damage to your tubular assets during production, storage or transport. Our unique heavy-duty design with a robust rolled-over bumper construction is designed to prevent damage from axial impacts as well as having a tough shell to resist other impacts.

Manufactured at our state-of-the-art facility in Mumbai, India our composite CTP protectors offer an economical and reliable alternative to other brands of protectors for all API tubulars from 2³⁄₈ – 20” OD in closed-end or open-ended configurations as required.

Santo PSR Protectors can also offer heavy-duty plastic PTP tubing & casing protectors manufactured to the same stringent parameters in sizes 2³⁄₈” up to 13³⁄₈” for those applications where cost and/or weight factors are paramount.

Precision engineering of moulds and CNC maching of threads ensures complete thread engagement preventing protector stripping or vibrating off pipe. Complete coverage of seal areas prevent damage and prevent moisture instrusion into critical areas during transport and storage.

Our R & D dept regularly conducts comprehensive tests to ensure conformance to the latest industry specifications, maintaining the highest performance standards. Field experience from users is constantly integrated into new and improved designs. Protectors are subjected to tests that simulate actual working conditions in the field.

Reclamation & Recycling

Santo PSR Protectors Composite CTP’s can be re-used many times after cleaning and inspection or may be disposed of in a 100% environmentally neutral process in which all component parts including any cleaning waste are isolated from the environment and re-used.
